A romantic comedy about a young American, who travels to the Italian city of Verona, home of the star-crossed lover Juliet Capulet of Romeo and Juliet fame. There she joins a group of volunteers who answer letters to Juliet seeking advice about matters of the heart. She answers one letter dated from 1957, inspiring its author to travel to Italy in search of her long-lost love.
